4000 square feet of pure awesome comfort that offers secluded, versatile event space for corporate retreats, family reunions, small weddings and much more. 3 Bed, 2.5 Bath Private Home with 2 Large Bonus Rooms, large great room and outdoor deck space.
Suggested use: With fully functioning kitchen, WiFi, and break out rooms this space is ideal for your main gathering space. All this makes this perfect for a central meeting hall if you have a large group, with break out rooms for whatever your needs may be.
The Condominiums at Trout Hill:
Located less than a mile from the Preserve, within the Long Branch Lakes Community these condos offer an additional 16 bedrooms separated in seven (2) and (3) Bedroom houses.
Suggested use: With fully functioning kitchen, and WiFi, these are perfect housing your team. They get to stay in what feels like home, all while you are being productive.

Dining
All rental units have fully equipped kitchens with stove-top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and ice maker. Kitchens are stocked with basic cooking equipment, glassware, flatware and china. This flexiblity makes it easy for each house to buy and cook their own food, or come together at the The Preserve meeting area for a group dinner.

LBL General Store and Hitch'n Post Cafe
Additionally, located at the Camp Lake Recreation area on the LBL development, the General Store and Hitch'n Post Cafe is open daily. Simple, delicious and very reasonably priced, they serve breakfast and lunch as well as offer take-n-bake pizzas. We highly recommend this option for your team as an alternative to cooking your own food.
